Putting patients first

Help us to improve our services

We are always looking for ways to improve our services for our patients – and you, our patients, are the best people to help us to do this. Our Patient Participation Groups (PPGs) meets monthly, if you would like to know more about how you can become a member email nchc.ppg@nhs.net  The group is looking for patients with an interest of working with the practice to provide a view from the patient perspective in the decision making on local and national projects and innovations. Can you spare a few hours each month? If so, we would love to hear from you.

Ask at Reception or call the Practice Supervisor on 01206 314015 to find out more and get involved.
